Quiet time

I am one with the universe
my soul is stilled
I sit and I wait
because it is willed
God has me in a place
to quiet my soul
yielded and waiting for blessing to unfold
I have been taught to spiritually claim what is mine
I do so with humility acknowledging purpose divine
God is my Savior in Him there is rest
I wait, soul at peace, am happy and blessed
