How do you know you've found the one? BY: KB © 7.14.14

REAL TALK from KB:  Jehovah-jireh- ehovah-jireh (or Yahweh-yireh, will provide). Remember this phrase there will be a quiz later….

So, I’ve been pondering this question: How do you know that you’ve found “the one?”
Now, I could give you the answers that my secular (fleshly being) would give….when you think of the other persons happiness above your own, when you can disagree on something and still come together for a common goal, it just “feels” right, the sex is great (keep it real y’all…some of us base whole relationships on sexual tension and compatibility.) I’m sure if I could expand and expound on this list if I think about long enough…trouble is I can’t because if I consider any of these separate and apart from God I’m setting myself up for failure; hence, the opening sentence….Jehovah jireh.

I used to focus on the immature cornerstones of relationships…you know, looks and feelings and I had the nerve to act surprised when my cornerstones didn’t support what I called myself building.
I have learned to stop trusting kismet, fate, the stars, and myself (not that I can’t make a decision but I know that the brain often stops working in affairs of the heart). I trust God to provide THAT’S IT AND THAT’S ALL! I can only go so far on feelings and fate; I make my petition known to God and I trust HIM to supply according to my need….REAL TALK Y’ALL what we often want can kill us….
