REAL TALK from KB: The rain woke me....it was coming down in
buckets, I believe I actually heard the buckets. At 3 am the thunder came...I now know what "roll of thunder"
means now; I heard the sound at 3 am and it went on for a 3 full minutes. The
sounds can be both soothing and frightening which leads me to my
point...Dreams!
Some of my poetry
ideas come in the form of dreams; some of the dreams are most pleasant and some
are angry and disturbing. Have you ever awaken from a dream angry? Have you
ever tried to scream out in a dream and you feel your mouth open in fear but
there's a silent heaving of your chest?
If you've, experienced these things then you understand....
I had a dream last night that was pleasant enough but it was
about someone who passed away about a year ago December 7th. I've gone through
the entire year with thoughts and reminders but no dreams...then out of the
blue BAM!!!!
So, what's my point you say? Well yesterday I wrote a little
something about how I just woke up and I was no longer vexed... I had found
peace in a situation that I was wrestling with. I looked at a situation from
every way possible and I came to the conclusion that it had to resolve itself
the way it did because God was calling me to a different position and I could
not get to that place if I remained. I can say that I didn't like the
abruptness of it but sometimes you have to be yanked out of the path of the
fast moving car.
I looked up a few passages of Scripture relating to dreams
and the best I can find to convey what I'm saying is Acts 2:17 “‘And in the last days it shall be,
God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and
your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your
old men shall dream dreams;
My dream was bout my sense of peace and the place where God
is going to move me.......
Do you know where you're going to?
