She cannot share her full beauty

If constantly caused to weep

If she’s constantly in the rain

She can only show glimpses of her true beauty

If all she knows is pain

I tend to her gingerly

Show her love, try to keep her hot house warm

So the bloom will open

I didn’t really want to

plus there was so much more

the thing that was most amazing

was your “y’s”

maternity and spirituality

your caring and compassion came through

so very loud and clear…all I knew at the moment

I fell is I just wanted you near

Has touched my own spiritual core

Just think about how many blessings

We miss out on

because we are fixated on what we want

not fully realizing that what we want

in comparison to His abundance

is anemic, feeble and gaunt

just think about how we must grieve The Holy Spirit

presenting God’s gift to us

but we refuse to see and hear it

We miss out on

Avoiding a life most rich

Saying and acting that we know more than God

Constantly choosing to live life off blessings road
